Notes From Kevin

Well my beautiful Christina is now 30 years old. Happy birthday!! We spent her big day at an outdoor museum that seemed mostly designed for children (oops!) but was still fun. After that we went ice skating. It was a good time but possibly the most chaotic skating experience i've had because there were a lot of youngsters to dodge, an annoying kid in a white t-shirt who thought he was a much better skater than he was, and my skates were incredibly dull so I felt like a newborn deer out there. But most importantly, the birthday girl's skates were nice and sharp! :). We ended the day with a trip to the Ice Bar, ramen for dinner, and Princess Cake that unexpectedly came with free sushi!

The Swedish meatballs definitely held up to the hype and the tap water is top notch and always available!

Miscellaneous notes: Every Swede we met was extremely nice and spoke almost perfect English. Also, of the countries we've been so far, they seem to have the least COVID restrictions.

Overall score: 9.2
